1. No Separation, Multiple Pipes Discharged at Once (High-Frequency Fault)
The separation claw gap does not match the current pipe outer diameter; pipes are stacked chaotically in the magazine; pipes are deformed and bent; insufficient pressure in the separation cylinder; sensor false detection.
2. No Feeding, No Loading
Material shortage in the magazine; photoelectric / proximity switch blocked by dust or displaced; no air pressure in the cylinder; servo alarm; abnormal PLC linkage signal; incorrect manual / automatic mode switching.
3. Pipe Not Fed in Place, Chuck Clamping Failure
Pipe bent or deformed; support rollers and guide blocks worn or displaced; skewed feeding posture; front and rear equipment heights not aligned.
4. Material Jamming, Pipe Stuck in the Separation Mechanism
Pipe deformation with large burrs; disorderly pipe placement in the magazine; foreign objects entering the separation mechanism; improper separation claw parameter settings.
5. Chaotic or Erratic Actions
Dirty sensors and signal interference; loose wiring; incorrect PLC program parameters.
6. Mechanical Abnormal Noise
Improper tension of the chain and drive chain; worn bearings; pipes hitting the mechanism; failure of cylinder cushioning.
Maintenance points: regularly clean dust from sensors; regularly lubricate chains and bearings; when changing pipe specifications, the separation mechanism gap must be readjusted.
