Based on the hourly output of the medium frequency furnace, reserve 1.2–1.5 times the margin in loading capacity; the feeding speed should be variable-frequency adjustable and linked with the heating cycle.
III. Drive Type
- Small and medium billets: pneumatic drive, low cost;
- Heavy and large-spec materials: hydraulic drive is preferred, with greater thrust and stable operation.
IV. Anti-Jamming Design
1. Wear-resistant treatment for the stepped pusher plate; provide anti-stacking and anti-jamming detection, with alarm and shutdown on jamming.
