Continuous hoist

Pay attention to the following points when installing and using the continuous hoist:
1. The continuous hoist must be placed on a horizontal plane and bolted to the base to ensure that the equipment does not move due to motor vibration during normal production activities and can reduce noise.
2. If the material to be transported is powdered, it is best to add a cover plate on the trough to prevent dust from flying.
3. The material to be conveyed needs to pay attention to the characteristics of the material, such as the viscosity of the material and the humidity.
4. It is used to make the continuous hoist quickly pass through the resonance zone when it stops, to prevent the machine from generating a large amplitude when passing through the resonance zone, and to have the same function of overcurrent, overload and breakage of the motor.
5. After using the continuous hoist for a period of time, the vibration motor should be lubricated in time to prevent the vibration motor bearing from overheating or bearing wear.
6. If the material movement track is not normal, adjust the angle of the eccentric block of the motor to the angle of the angle.
