Feeding Hoist is used to lift granular, powdery and small-part materials from a low position to high-position equipment, docking with mixers, injection molding machines, packaging machines and silos. It solves automatic feeding across floors and equipment height differences, reducing manual charging and dust pollution.

Main Model Categories
1. Bucket Elevator (TH/NE/TD)
Buckets are fixed on a belt / chain and run in a cycle, scooping material at the bottom and discharging at the top. It is divided into belt bucket elevators, ring chain bucket elevators, plate chain bucket elevators and Z-type bucket elevators. Large lifting height, small overall footprint, and a fully enclosed casing that reduces dust. The Z-type can feed at a low position and discharge from the side, suitable for workshops with limited space.
2. Screw Elevator (Auger)
Screw blades rotate to push materials, with a simple structure and good sealing; suitable for powders and fine granules. Disadvantage: materials are subjected to compression and friction, so it is not suitable for fragile materials.
3. Tube Chain Elevator
A chain drives discs to convey materials inside pipes, with low breakage rate and multiple inlet/outlet ports; commonly used in food and lithium battery industries, but the cost is relatively high.
4. Continuous Elevator (Box Type)
Conveys cartons, bins and finished workpieces; used in logistics lines for conveying whole goods, not for bulk materials.
Key Configurations: drive motor, backstop (preventing material from reversing and falling when the machine stops), tensioning mechanism, blockage / slipping protection, inlet and outlet ports. Materials include carbon steel and 304/316 stainless steel.
Common Misconceptions
1. One hoist cannot handle all materials; sticky, caked and large lump materials easily cause jamming, and ordinary bucket elevators cannot be used directly.
2. The nameplate output is the theoretical capacity for dry materials with good flowability; the actual output for wet and sticky materials will drop noticeably.
3. Overload feeding is strictly prohibited for bucket elevators — overload easily causes jamming and buckets falling off.
