Lifting Loader is used for vertical upward conveying of granules, powders and small lump materials. Common types include belt bucket, plate chain bucket, Z-type bucket and screw lifting loaders. It is widely used in plastics, grain, feed, chemicals, food and packaging production lines, lifting materials from a low position into silos, mixers and injection molding machine hoppers.

Today we will mainly talk about the common faults of lifting loaders.
1. Motor Tripping, Overload
Excessive feeding causing overload; blockage and jamming inside the machine; chain or belt jammed; damaged bearings.
Handling: stop feeding, cut off power and clean out the material inside, and check for jammed foreign objects.
2. Belt Deviation, Material Spillage
Head and tail pulleys not level; inconsistent tension on both sides; single-side impact during feeding; adjust tension and correct shaft levelness.
3. Chain Tooth Jumping, Abnormal Noise
Chain worn and stretched; inconsistent tightness between the two chains; worn sprockets; tension in time and replace worn parts.
4. Buckets Falling Off, Impact Noise Inside the Casing
Bucket bolts loose or missing; foreign objects hitting buckets; tighten regularly and fit lock washers.
5. Noticeable Drop in Output, Little Discharge
Insufficient feeding; belt / chain slipping; buckets worn and deformed; serious material return and spillage.
6. Dust and Material Leakage
Damaged sealing gaskets at casing flanges; inspection cover not properly closed; excessive clearance between buckets and casing — replace sealing parts.
