So, what is the standard maintenance and care specification for reciprocating automatic hoists?
1. Daily Pre-Shift Inspection (Operator)
Run the machine up and down idle to check for abnormal noise or vibration;
Test the emergency stop, safety door interlock and upper/lower limit switches;
Check the chain appearance for obvious wear or slackness;
Clean debris from the cabin and guide rails; confirm the photoelectric sensors are not blocked;
Check the motor and reducer for oil leakage.
2. Weekly Maintenance (Mechanic)
Apply high-temperature chain lubricating oil to the chain;
Check the operating condition of guide wheels and bearings;
Tighten the shaft frame and cabin connecting bolts;
Clean the electrical control box cooling filter;
Recheck the travel of the tensioning device.
3. Monthly In-Depth Maintenance
Fully adjust chain tension; check chain pin wear;
Check the reducer oil level and top up with the same type of gear oil if insufficient;
Calibrate the origin and stopping position, and check the encoder mounting;
Function test the buffer and anti-fall device;
Check all cables for wear, pulling and strain.
4. Quarterly / Annual Maintenance
Measure chain wear and replace immediately when the wear limit is reached;
Completely replace the reducer gear oil;
Assess guide rail and guide wheel wear;
Re-measure the overall machine levelness and correct the anchor feet;
Perform functional tests on the complete set of safety devices.
